  3. This is one of the worst smash burger recipes online. Don't preseason the meat, don't wait to smash the burgers,don't add that much water, actually smash the patties thin, and black garlic? Really? I'd watch first we feast's Burger Show for a better burger.

  38. You totally lost me when you poured the water in the pan. Why not just put the cheese on the burgers after you flip them over the 1st time? No need for water then. Nothing worse than soggy buns. (gross)
